500 grams Plum
100 grams butter
2 tsps cinnamon
100 grams sugar
50 grams ground almonds
125 grams Pastry flour
For the garnish

Preparation steps

1.

For the crumble, rinse the plums, halve, pit and chop. Place the plums tightly in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar.

Melt the butter. Combine the ground almonds, flour, remaining sugar and remaining cinnamon in a bowl. Add the melted butter and knead into a crumble topping. Sprinkle over the plums.

Bake for about 30 minutes.

To serve, garnish with dollops of creme fraiche, cinnamon sticks and mint leaves.
