- 600 grams Plum
- softened butter (for the pan)
- ½ organic lemon
- 4 centiliters Plum Liqueur
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 50 grams ground almonds
- 50 grams ground Hazelnuts
- 100 grams brown sugar
- 100 grams Pastry flour
- 50 grams chopped Macadamia Nuts
- 2 Tbsps Shredded coconut
- 125 grams butter
- ½ tsp Ground cinnamon

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F).

Rinse the plums, halve, remove the pit and spread in a buttered baking dish. Zest the lemon and squeeze the juice. Mix the lemon zest, lemon juice, liqueur and honey. Drizzle over the plums and mix well.
3.
Mix the ground nuts, brown sugar, flour, chopped nuts, grated coconut, butter and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle the crumble over the plums. Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve with ice cream, if desired.
