For the dough
200 grams Pastry flour
1 tsp salt
1 packet Dry yeast
100 milliliters lukewarm water
4 Tbsps olive oil
For the topping
250 grams Broccoli
150 grams sun-dried Tomato in oil
salt
freshly ground pepper
2 tsps dried oregano
125 grams Tuna (canned)
50 grams black Olives (sliced, pits removed)
2 tsps thyme (chopped)
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp Pistachio
200 grams Mozzarella

Preparation steps

For the dough, mix flour, salt and dried yeast in a bowl. Add water and olive oil and process everything with dough hook or hand mixer until smooth. Dust dough with flour and cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes..

Rinse broccoli, drain and cut florets from stalk and blanch for 2 minutes in boiling, salted water. Drain and rinse with cold water and drain.

Drain sun-dried tomatoes, rinse and drain and pat dry and cut into strips.

Mash tuna with a fork.

Knead dough on a lightly floured surface and roll out onto a greased baking sheet and brush with about 1 tablespoon olive oil. Evenly arrange tuna, broccoli, tomatoes and olives over dough and sprinkle with thyme and pistachios and drizzle with olive oil. Cut mozzarella into slices and spread over pizza. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (approximately 480°F) for about 15-20 minutes. To serve, cut into pieces.
