- 3 tablespoons California Shelled pistachio
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 Pear
- 2 fresh Figs
- 4 tablespoons rolled Oats
- 300 grams chilled Kefir
Toast the pistachios in a dry frying pan until fragrant. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the honey and let cool.
Trim the pear and figs and cut into wedges. Remove the seeds from the pear wedges. Arrange the fruit, oats and pistachios in serving bowls. Serve with chilled kefir.
