- 2 Mozzarella (at 125 grams)
- 20 Basil
- 2 Tbsps peeled Pistachio
- 2 Tomatoes
- salt
- freshly ground pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Drain the mozzarella and cut into 20 pieces. Rinse the basil leaves and spin dry. Chop the pistachios. Rinse the tomatoes, cut in half, remove the seeds, and cut into small cubes.
2.
Fill each basil leaf with a piece of mozzarella and sprinkle with diced tomatoes and pistachios. Season with salt and pepper.
To serve: Drizzle with olive oil to taste.
