Preparation steps
1.
Place all the ingredients in a pot and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Allow to bubble for around 4 minutes and then test that the jam has gelled enough.
2.
Transfer to sterilised jars, close tightly and place upside down for around 5 minutes. Turn the right way up and leave to cool fully.
