1 Knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Bowl

Preparation steps

Wash and peel the persimmon and dice the flesh. Mix Skyr with coconut milk until smooth and pour into a bowl.

2.

Coarsely chop cashews. Sprinkle persimmon and cashews over skyr and top with flax seeds. Enjoy the persimmon and coconut skyr.
