- 14 ozs Skyr ((Icelandic Yogurt)
- 1 Tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 pinch Vanilla powder (or 1/4 tsp vanilla extract)
- 1 oz Walnut
- 1 oz almonds (unpeeled)
- 2 tsps flaxseed oil

2 small Bowls, 1 Knife, 1 Cutting board
Preparation steps

Mix Skyr with honey and vanilla. Coarsely chop the walnuts and almonds.

Divide the Skyr between two bowls, add the nuts and sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon of flaxseed oil. Serve Skyr and enjoy.
