- 2 shallots
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 red chili pepper
- 50 grams roasted Peanuts
- 80 milliliters Coconut milk (unsweetened, tin)
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp Sambal oelek
- 7 Tbsps sesame oil
- 50 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and finely chop the garlic and shallots. Rinse the chili, remove the seeds, and finely dice.
2.
Puree the shallots, garlic, penut butter, and roasted peanuts. Mix in the sambal oelek, chili, sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, and yogurt. Season to taste, and serve.
