Pasta Salad with Shrimp
Boil the fusili in salted water until al dente, then rinse and drain. Rinse and trim the peas. Halve diagonally and blanch for 1-2 minutes in salted water. Remove and drain. Rinse and trim the peppers, then halve and julienne.
Mix the lemon juice with the oil, then add the remaining salad ingredients. Season to taste with salt and serve.
