250 grams Snow peas
1 small red onion
2 scallions
400 grams fresh shrimp
4 Tbsps roasted Sesame seeds

1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Rinse the snow peas. Cut off the ends and cook in boiling salted water for about 6 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Let cool. Peel the onion and cut into thin strips. Rinse the scallions and cut into thin rings. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Rinse the chilies, cut open, remove the seeds and cut into strips.

Heat 2-3 tablespoons of sesame oil in a pan and fry the shrimp over medium heat. Allow to cool slightly. Mix all of the prepared ingredients with 3 tablespoons of sesame oil and cilantro, parsley, and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately in bowls.
