Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Rinse in cold water and drain well.

Halve the melon, remove seeds, peel and cut into thin columns. For the dressing, add the juices, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Stir in 1 tablespoon of oil.

Peel garlic and finely chop. Mix with olive oil and pepper, marinate the shrimp. Rinse arugula and shake dry.

Mix spaghetti with melon and dressing and season to taste. Form the noodles into nests and put on a plate. Saute the shrimp in a hot pan for about 2 minutes on all sides. Add to the pasta. Serve garnished with arugula.
