- 300 grams Rigatoni
- 300 grams shrimp (medium, frozen)
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 can button Mushroom
- 100 grams Frozen pea
- 1 bunch Basil (fresh)
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Whipped cream
- ½ tsp Broth
- 1 lemon juice
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Thaw shrimp and peas. Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse with cold water. Finely chop the garlic. Saute the garlic and shrimp in hot oil in a skillet. Add the peas and saute for a few more minutes.

Rinse the basil, shake dry, and reserve a few leaves for garnish. Chop remainder. Drain mushrooms and add to the shrimp in the skillet. Add remaining ingredients to the pan, mix well, and season to taste.
3.
Gently stir the noodles with the shrimp mixture and simmer on low for about 1 hour. Season again with salt and pepper. Garnish with basil and serve immediately.
