Creamy Chicken Curry Add 100 ml / 3 ½ fl. Oz plain yoghurt to the sauce off the heat for a creamy result
Heat the oil in a pan and brown the chicken thighs on all sides, then remove to a plate.
Add the onion and cook until golden and soft, then add the pears and peppers and cook for 5 minutes until softening.
Add the chicken back to the pan with the spices and stir to coat, then pour in the stock. Simmer for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Adjust the seasoning and serve.
