Preparation steps
1.

Split the half vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a knife.
2.

Rinse cilantro, shake dry, pluck leaves and chop.
3.

Cut orange in half and squeeze.
4.

Put orange juice in a bowl. Add vanilla seeds and cilantro, whisk in the oil and season with pepper. Use immediately.
