1 chicken (ready to cook, about 1.5 kg)
4 garlic cloves (chopped)
Sea salt
50 grams soft butter
1 red Pepperoncini (finely chopped, seedless)
1 Tbsp olive oil
50 milliliters lemon juice
200 milliliters Orange juice
100 milliliters olive oil
2 centiliters Lemon liqueur
1 Tbsp parsley (chopped)
1 organic Organic orange (zest)
50 grams black Olives
1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation steps

Separate the chicken into 12 pieces.

Combine the garlic with about 1 teaspoon of salt, the butter and the pepperoncini and mix well in a bowl. Rub the chicken pieces with it and leave for about 30 minutes to marinate.

Sauté in some oil and then cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350ºF) for 40-45 minutes, basting regularly with the meat juices. If necessary pour in some water.

For the marinade, combine the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and place the cooked chicken pieces in it. Coat thoroughly and leave to marinate.

Season again before serving and serve with crusty white bread if desired.
