60 milliliters Rice vinegar

60 milliliters soy sauce

Preparation steps

1.

Peel ginger and chop fine. Peel garlic and cut into slices.

Depending on the level of heat desired, grind dried chile peppers using a mortar and pestle.

Mix orange juice, vinegar, oil and soy sauce. Add ginger, garlic and chile pepper. Mix well.
