Arugula (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to packet instructions. Drain, reserving a little of the cooking water.
2.
Toss with the pesto and loosen with 2 tbsp cooking water to lubricate.
3.
Stir in the olives, rocket and a little seasoning over the heat until hot. Serve immediately.
