- 14 ozs Linguine
- 1 cup Walnut (roughly chopped)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- 1 bunch Arugula (torn into small pieces)
- ½ cup Blue cheese (crumbled)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
2.
Fry the walnuts in hot oil. Add the lemon zest, rocket and the drained pasta (plus a little of the water if necessary). Season with salt and ground black pepper.
3.
Serve on plates and sprinkle with blue cheese.
