2 cups Prawn (peeled and deveined)
¼ cup olive oil
1 cup green Olives (stuffed with peppers, drained)
1 cup pitted, black Olives (drained)
2 handfuls parsley (leaves roughly chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Cook the linguine in boiling salted water until al dente.
2.
Meanwhile, fry the prawns in 1 tbsp olive oil for around 2 minutes, seasoning with salt and ground black pepper.
3.
Drain the pasta and mix with the remaining oil and the olives. Divide between dishes, sprinkle the parsley over and top with the prawns.
