250 grams Strawberries
1 tsp powdered sugar
3 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
1 pinch salt
1 handful Basil
1 Tbsp Caper
4 scoops Buffalo mozzarella (about 125 g)
4 Tbsps grapeseed oil
powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps

Rinse and dry the strawberries, then cut into quarters. Mix in a bowl with the powdered sugar, vinegar, and salt. Rinse and dry the basil. Remove the leaves, and chiffonade half of them. Add to the strawberry mixture, mix to combine, and let infuse for 15 minutes.

Finely chop the capers. Drain the mozzarella, and place onto 4 plates. Drizzle the mozzarella with 1 tablespoon of oil. Top with the capers, and strawberry salad. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, garnish with the remaining basil, and serve.
