- 200 grams Mozzarella
- 150 grams Arugula
- 12 Basil
- 1 Tbsp Wine vinegar
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- salt (and pepper)
Preparation steps

Rinse the arugula and pat dry. Slice the mozzarella. Finely chop 4 basil leaves. Arrange the arugula on plates, and top with the mozzarella.

Season the vinegar with salt and pepper, then drizzle over the mozzarella. Drizzle the plates with the olive oil, garnish with basil leaves, and serve.
