800 grams waxy potatoes
1 onion
4 Tbsps vegetable oil
250 grams mixed Ground meat
300 grams frozen Green beans
1 small Cinnamon stick
Salt cayenne pepper
1 pinch Ground allspice
1 l Vegetable broth
4 small Pear
200 grams red and white Beans
1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Peel, rinse and cut potatoes into pieces. Peel and dice onion. Heat oil in a pot. Fry ground meat until crumbly and browned. Add onion and cook briefly. Add potatoes, green beans and cinnamon stick. Season with salt, cayenne pepper and allspice. Add broth and cook about 15 minutes.

Rinse, halve or quarter pears. Drain red and white beans and add to the pot. Add pear pieces. Simmer 10-15 minutes more.

Carefully remove pears with a slotted spoon. Season stew with salt and cayenne pepper. Serve stew topped with pears and sprinkled with parsley.
