Nutritional values
Many of us only know millet from Grimm's fairy tales or as birdseed. The grain is really delicious and a star in terms of minerals and nutrients. One portion of the muesli, for example, already meets the daily requirement of half of the magneissum and 40 percent of the iron requirement.
The walnut kernels give the millet and pear muesli a bite and valuable unsaturated fatty acids. Almonds, hazelnuts or other nuts serve the same purpose - let your preference decide. In the period from August to October you can also enjoy the millet porridge with fresh figs, which gives the muesli an oriental touch.
