Put millet with 200 ml of water in a pot, bring to a boil and then cook for about 10 minutes on low heat.
Meanwhile, rinse the pears, wipe dry, quarter, core and dice finely.
Coarsely chop walnuts.
Pour millet into a bowl and let cool slightly, stirring occasionally.
Mix together buttermilk, honey and cinnamon. Stir pear into millet. Top muesli with buttermilk mixture and walnuts and serve.
