Even quicker if using ready-made crunchy muesli.
Toast the flakes in a pan with the butter until fragrant. Stir through the sugar and leave on a plate to cool.
Flavour the yoghurt with lemon juice, to taste. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the yoghurt.
Layer the yoghurt, honey, berries and muesli alternately in glass dishes, and serve.
