Preparation steps

1.

Rinse mango and peel with a sharp knife, cutting the flesh from the core. Cut four slices for garnish and set aside. Dice the remaining mango. Rinse, core and cut the strawberries into pieces, reserving two strawberries for garnish. Rinse and halve the grapes.

2.

Mix fruit together and sweeten with honey. Stir quark into the yogurt. Divide the fruit between four glasses and spoon in yogurt mixture. Sprinkle cereal mixture over the top and garnish with strawberries and mango.
