- 160 grams Spelt flakes (with slivered almonds)
- 500 milliliters Almond milk (or regular milk)
- honey (as desired)

Preparation steps

Rinse the pears, cut into quarters, remove the core and dice small. Divide the spelt flakes and pears between bowls. Pour 1/4 of the almond milk into each bowl. Serve immediately.
