- 150 grams whole-grain Oats
- 150 grams honey
- 8 Tbsps Corn oil
- 30 grams Wheat germ
- 30 grams Soy flour
- 30 grams Sesame seeds
- 30 grams Sunflower seed
- 30 grams ground almonds
- 30 grams
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsps Shredded coconut
Preparation steps
1.
In a large saucepan, heat honey and oil. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

With wet hands, form mixture into walnut-sized balls. Place balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3.
Bake on the center rack of an oven preheated to 125°C (approximately 250°F), about 45 minutes. Remove and let cool.
