Marinated Mozzarella with Cherry Tomatoes and Basil
Drain mozzarella. Peel garlic. In a pan, warm olive oil slightly. Press garlic through a garlic press into the oil and sauté for a few seconds. Transfer mixture to a bowl and mix with white vinegar. Season with pepper and salt and mix in mozzarella balls. Cover and marinate 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Rinse cherry tomatoes. Mix mozzarella with tomatoes and basil.
