2 Tbsps Dill (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch the tomatoes for 4-5 seconds in boiling water. Remove from the water, rinse under cold water, and remove the skin.

Mix the vodka with the vinegar, sugar, and dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place the tomatoes in the marinade. Place in the refrigerator, and marinate for at least a few hours.

3.

Serve the tomatoes garnished with strips of lemon zest.
