- 500 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp Sage
- 1 Tbsp Basil
- 1 tsp thyme
- 300 milliliters White vinegar
- 40 grams sugar
- 2 tsps salt
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 1 tsp Mustard seed

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the tomatoes and the bell pepper. Cut the tomato into quarters. Remove the seeds and ribs from the bell pepper and cut into narrow strips. Mix together with the tomato and herb leaves in a tall container.

Add the vinegar with 200 ml (approximately 3/4 cup) of water, sugar, salt and spices in a pot, bring to boil and cook for about 10 minutes over low heat. Then pour over the tomatoes, cover and marinate for 2 days.
