3 Tbsps butter
14 ozs whole-grain Oats
2 Tbsps Almond slivers
½ Vanilla bean (seeds)
1 ½ ozs Pumpkin seed
3 Tbsps chopped, peeled Walnut
3 Tbsps Maple syrup
3 Tbsps water
2 ozs dried, chopped Cranberry
1 ½ ozs dried, chopped Apricot

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat an oven to 275°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Melt the butter in a pot. Mix all the ingredients except for the cranberries and apricots in a large bowl. Mix the butter in and toss to combine.

Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheets. Place in the oven and cook for 35 minutes, until golden brown.

Stir the mixture several times during the cooking time. Remove from the oven, let cool, and mix in the fruit. Place in a large jar to keep fresh.
