Pecan nuts are rich in proteins and various B vitamins. These are good for nerves, brain and muscles. The vitamin A, which is also abundant, protects eyes and mucous membranes. A great special feature of mulberries is their resveratrol content. This plant substance, which belongs to the polyphenols, is considered to be particularly antioxidant. In plain language: Resveratrol can protect the body cells highly effectively against harmful substances.

There are no limits to creativity with the mulberry granola! You are welcome to vary the recipe according to your mood. For example, almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts or dried raspberries, blackberries and strawberries are also suitable. However, make sure that you pay attention to the proportions so that the recipe is successful.
