7 ozs old fashioned Oatmeal
3 ½ ozs Spelt flakes
3 ozs Hazelnuts
3 ozs almonds
8 ozs Coconut flakes
3 Tbsps flaxseed
5 Tbsps Agave syrup
2 Tbsps liquid Coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 350°F/ 180°C.
Mix all the dry granola ingredients in a large bowl, add the agave syrup and coconut oil and mix it with the remaining ingredients. Mix with your hands until you get a crumbly larger piece.

Spread the whole granola on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes.

After 5-8 minutes of baking, turn the granola so that all seeds and grains are baked evenly.

4.

After another 8-10 minutes, turn off the oven and take out the granola, let it cool and harden on the baking sheet.

5.

When the granola has cooled down add a little white coconut flakes for a nice color contrast & better taste.

6.

Once cooled, store the granola in a moisture-proof glass jar or container - so you can enjoy the fresh taste longer.
