Mango Fruit Salad

Papaya contains the enzyme papain that strengthens connective tissue and can also support fat reduction. This summer fruit salad also has a good portion of vitamin C to help maintain a strong immune system.
This fruit salad is the perfect dessert for your next summer gathering! Pour this fruit salad into small bowls so everyone can take a portion from the buffet and enjoy it immediately.

- 1 Papaya
- 1 Mango
- 5 ozs honeydew melon
- ½ Pineapple
- 5 ozs Cape gooseberries
- 5 ozs Strawberries
- 1 whole Orange (juiced)
- ½ whole lemon (juiced)
Preparation steps
Peel the papaya, mango, and pineapple. Cut the papaya in half, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into small pieces. Remove the core from the pineapple and cut into approximately 1/2 inch cubes. Remove the mango pulp without cutting into the core and also cut the honeydew melon into small cubes. Rinse and separate the gooseberries. Rinse the strawberries, trim and halve or quarter.
Mix the fruit with the orange and lemon juice, season with honey to taste and serve in bowls.
