Preparation steps

Scrape out the seeds of melons with a spoon and cut the melons into slices. Remove the rind and cut into bite-size pieces. Peel the pineapple thoroughly lengthwise into quarters, remove the stalk and cut the flesh into cubes. Rinse the strawberries, remove the stems and cut into wedges. Rinse the grapes and pluck from the stalk. For the marinade, combine lemon juice with the powdered sugar.

Mix the fruit and marinade. Portion into bowls and serve sprinkled with the muesli.
