All of these fruits are incredible sources of fiber and nutrients. Kiwi, specifically, can have numerous other health benefits. Kiwi has been used to treat asthma, improve digestion, boost the immune system, manage blood pressure, reduce blood clots, and help vision. 

If you want to prepare this ahead of time, add the bananas at the end or leave them out of this recipe. You do not want the bananas to turn brown before you serve them!

2 tablespoons lemon juice
mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Wash the apples, quarter, and remove the core. Cut the apples into slices. Peel the bananas and kiwis and cut into slices.

2.

Wash the grapes, cut in half and and remove the seeds. Rinse and the berries.

3.

Mix in the honey and the lemon juice into the fruit. Divide amongst the bowls and serve garnished with mint.
