1 bunch Radish
9 ozs Cherry tomatoes
5 ozs Skyr
2 Tbsps flaxseed oil
peppers
3 ½ ozs Raspberries
8 Artichoke hearts (6 oz jar, preserved in oil)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions until al dente. Then drain and leave to drain.

2.

Along the way, wash arugula, shake dry. Clean, wash, halve and slice radishes. Wash and halve tomatoes.

3.

Stir skyr with 2-3 tbsp. water and flaxseed oil until smooth, season with salt and pepper.

4.

Wash raspberries and pat dry. Drain the artichokes and cut into quarters. Arrange pasta, arugula, radishes and tomatoes in bowls, sprinkle with berries and serve with the dip.
