- 2 Apple (red, sweet)
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 250 grams Goat cheese
- peppers
- ground paprika
- Lemon balm

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the apples, cut into quarters, remove the cores and cut into thin slices. Peel kohlrabi and cut into small pieces. Mix apples and kohlrabi with vinegar. Arrange salad on plates, crumble the goat cheese over the top and sprinkle with paprika and pepper.

Rinse the lemon balm, shake dry and finely chop leaves. Sprinkle over the salads. Serve immediately with white bread, if desired.
