- 3 cups fresh Goat cheese
- 2 Tbsps snipped Chives
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
- 4 cups mixed salad
- 1 ⅔ cups Strawberries
- 3 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp Mustard
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps Pine nuts

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the goat's cheese with the chives, olive oil and a little pepper.
2.
Wash and sort the salad leaves, spin dry and tear into smaller pieces.
3.
Wash and hull the strawberries and halve or quarter lengthwise.
4.
Mix the vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and whisk in the olive oil to make a dressing. Check the seasoning.
5.
Lightly toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan.
6.
To serve, arrange the salad leaves and strawberries on plates. Form the goat's cheese into small balls and add to the salad. Sprinkle the salad with the dressing, scatter with pine nuts and serve.
