- 200 grams Goat cheese
- 2 sour Apple
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 slices Toast
- 2 Tbsps butter
- peppers
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp thyme

Preparation steps
1.
Cut cheese into thick slices, about 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch). Rinse apples, cut out the cores and cut into 4 slice about 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) thick. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Toast the bread and then trim to the size of the apple slices.
3.
Grease a baking dish with a little of the butter. Arrange bread slices side by side in the baking dish, then top with the apple slices and cheese slices. Season with pepper, sugar and thyme leaves and dot with remaining butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (approximately 425°F) until the cheese begins to melt, for about 15 minutes.
