- 5 Tbsps mixed Fresh herbs (such as Parsley, chives, chervil, sorrel, watercress, tarragon, basil)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 tsps balsamic vinegar
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps

Rinse the herbs, pat dry, and finely chop. Peel the garlic and pass through a press.
