2 bunches mixed Fresh herbs (such as parsley, chervil, chives, cress, Shiso)
1 garlic
5 tablespoons olive oil
2 Anchovy fillet (in oil)
3 tablespoons Crème fraiche
salt
freshly ground peppers
lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the herbs, pat dry, and remove the leaves from the stems. 

2.

Peel and finely dice the garlic. Puree the garlic with the herbs, oil, and the anchovies in a blender.

3.

Stir in the crème fraiche and mix until combined. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice and serve.
