- ⅛ l Vegetable broth
- 3 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 2 Tbsps Fresh herbs (such as Chervil, chives, basil, tarragon, parsley)

Preparation steps

Heat the butter in a pan. Sauté the shallots briefly, then deglaze with the white wine and the vegetable stock. Add the creme fraiche, and stir until combined.
