300 grams Pastry flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 egg
1 pinch salt
180 grams brown sugar
225 grams butter
150 grams Raspberry jelly

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the flour, baking powder, egg, salt, brown sugar and butter together and knead quickly into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 3 mm (approximately TK inch) thick. Cut out with a heart-shaped cookie cutter. Place the hearts on the baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes until golden. Let the cookies cool on a wire rack. Spread half of the cookies with raspberry jelly and set another cookie on top.
