Preparation steps

1.
Cook the broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain.

Combine the milk, cream, whole eggs and egg yolks together. Add the flour and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

Butter 4 gratin dishes and preheat the oven to 200°C | 400F | gas 6.
