2 eggs
2 egg yolks
¼ cup plain flour
1 cup Gruyere (cut into small cubes)

Preparation steps

Cook the broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain.

Combine the milk, cream, whole eggs and egg yolks together. Add the flour and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
