Cook the broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Combine the milk, cream, whole eggs and egg yolks together. Add the flour and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Butter 4 gratin dishes and preheat the oven to 200°C | 400F | gas 6.
Divide the broccoli between the dishes Divide the diced gruyere cheese between the dishes and pour over the batter.
Cook in the oven for 25 minutes until lightly browned.
When cooked, grate a little nutmeg over the clafoutis to garnish.
