1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven) 400°F, gas 6 and butter a casserole dish.
2.
Blanch the beans in salted water for 2 minutes. Quench in cold water and drain well, then tip into the dish.
3.
Whisk together the cream, milk, cheese and eggs. Add the garlic and season with salt, ground black pepper and nutmeg. Pour the mixture over the beans and bake in the oven for around 30 minutes until golden brown on top.
4.
Remove from the oven and serve.
