- 2 Tbsps cold pressed organic flaxseed oil
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 1 handful fresh Fruit (i.e. banana, raspberries or strawberries)
- 1 tsp crushed flaxseed (or almond slivers)
- 1 tsp honey
