2 tablespoons cold pressed organic Linseed oil (or Flaxseed oil)
1 splash lemon juice
1 handful Fruit at your choice (banana, raspberries or strawberries)
1 teaspoon crushed flaxseed (or almond slivers)
1 teaspoon honey

Preparation steps

1.

Thoroughly mix all ingredients except the fruit with a blender.

2.

Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces and decorate with some flax seeds or almond slivers.

3.

Sweeten the yogurt with honey to taste.
