3 Tbsps Almond milk
2 Tbsps cold pressed organic flaxseed oil
1 splash lemon juice
1 handful fresh Fruit (i.e. banana, raspberries or strawberries)
1 tsp crushed flaxseed (or almond slivers)
1 tsp honey

Preparation steps

1.

Thoroughly mix all ingredients except the fruit with a blender.

2.

Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces and decorate with some flax seeds or almond slivers.

3.

Sweeten the yogurt with honey to taste.
