- 4 Tbsps ground flaxseed
- 11 ozs Almond milk (or another vegetable milk alternative)
- 1 Banana
- 1 Apple
- Ground cinnamon

Preparation steps
1.
Mix flaxseed with the almond drink in a bowl and cover and refrigerate overnight.
2.
The next morning, peel banana and cut into slices. Wash, quarter, core and slice apple as well.
3.
Stir flaxseed pudding and pour into 2 cereal bowls. Garnish with fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon.
