3 sprigs thyme
1 cloves
1 pc Cinnamon stick
300 grams seedless Grape (white and blue)
1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

Bring the grape juice, vinegar, thyme, cloves, and cinnamon to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, until syrupy. Rinse and halve the grapes. Add the grapes to a bowl. Pass the syrup through a fine strainer into the bowl. Mix well, and let cool. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Drain the feta cheese and crumble into pieces. Arrange the cheese on plates, top with the grape mixture, and serve.
